Day 5: Thursday, December 10
Chefs hailing from highly acclaimed restaurants in Portland, Oregon: Jason Barwikowski is executive chef and co-owner of Olympic Provisions, and executive chef of Clyde Common; Naomi Pomeroy is the chef of Beast; and Gabriel Rucker is the chef and co-owner of Le Pigeon Restaurant.
Vintners: Susan Boswell, Chateau Boswell and Joshua Peeples, Jacquelynn Wines
For thirty years Chateau Boswell has produced small-lot handcrafted premium wines. Since the first release of Chateau Boswell Estate Cabernet Sauvignon in 1979 they have expanded their efforts to include the second generation of family winemaking with the launch of the Jacquelynn Wines in 2002. From the Chateau Boswell Russian River Valley Chardonnay to the Jacquelynn Beckstoffer To Kalon Caberenet Sauvignon, these wines are an expression of their continuing desire to showcase the unique characteristics of each vineyard source through old-world, low-intervention winemaking techniques..
