Jacquelynn Cuvée
2009 Vintage
- Case Production: 29 cases
- Vineyards: Oakville, Napa Valley
- Cooperage: 100% new French Artisan Oak
- Vinification: Fermented in a combination of Oak and Stainless open top fermenters. Barrel aged for 19 months, bottled neither fined nor filtered.
By far the smallest bottling of Cabernet Sauvignon under the Jacquelynn label, the Jacquelynn Cuvee represents the more experimental side of our winemaking process. Since the launch of the brand in 2002, this wine has never been the same blend twice. While the Cuvee will always remain in the Bordeaux tradition it offers the perfect outlet to try new vineyards, blends, and fermentation techniques. The 2009 vintage represents a blend of Oakville vineyards with 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc.
